Let's Party Like It's 1999 The last year of the millenium is finally here, and all of us are lucky enough to experience it. If there's anything that you can be sure of, it's that this year will not be a boring one. Apple Computer, Inc. has a whole lot to live up to after its great 1998 performance. With a new, mysterious product line waiting in the wings, I have a feeling that Apple will not disappoint. Put on your seat belts, folks. I don't do .INI, .BAT, or .SYS files. I don't assign apps to files… I don't configure peripherals or networks before using them… I have a computer to do all that… I Have a Mac courtesy of Ian Stewart   Chock Full of Holiday Spirit: Robert Z.'s Mac On Parade Last month, I invited my loving readers  to dress up their Macintosh for the holidays and send me a screenshot. Robert Z., robzim@writeme.com , took me up on the offer. He used a classic Garfield The Cat image from http://www.garfield.com/ and the famous Macintosh shareware program, Holiday Lights by Tiger Tech. Holiday Lights, which can be found at http://www.tigertech.com/hlights.html , allows one to "string" Christmas and other holiday lights on your Macintosh desktop. As an added bonus, it can also play music. My favorite part of this screenshot is, of course, the open copy of last month's Apple Wizards.   Start The Year With A Giggle!
